This project included the demolition of previous roofing, installation of a new roof, and mechanical equipment. Additionally, concrete for new curbs was installed. Prior to beginning the work, Leebcor provided a demolition plan, waste management plan, and verified the existing conditions prior to demolition. Asbestos abatement was also a part of this project. Leebcor replaced the roof, as well as HVAC and controls.
