This purpose of this task order was to provide modifications to the existing HVAC system to create appropriate climatic conditions throughout the 159,000-square-foot building. This included the addition of return air fans, VAV boxes for zoning issues, controls modifications and a retro commissioning of the entire building HVAC systems to correct the building over pressurization issues.
